Orchid Inspiration

Saturday February 11th, 11am-12pm (hands on orchid re-potting to follow)

Wanna know more about the ever-so-lovely and exotic orchid?  Join us and Mr. Steve Robinson; Orchid Grower, Photographer, and Master Gardener.  We will explore the art of growing orchids!  Bring your Orchid along to learn hands-on how to properly repot it.

$29 fee per person includes seminar, materials for re-potting, and a FREE Orchid!

Succulent Soles & Wine Glass Terrarium

Saturday, February 25, 1pm

Succulents are fun and easy…especially planted in interesting containers.  Even shoes!  Old shoes make great containers for succulents.  Stilettos, sneakers, rain boots, …any shoes will do (except flip-flops:)  Bring a pair of old shoes that are screaming for a new purpose and we will create “sole-ful” works of art!  If you have already donated all your old shoes, we will have extras available 😉

Terrariums can be created in any glass container, even a wine glass!  Learn about the best plants that work in terrariums and create a little garden of your own inside a wine glass.

$29 fee per person includes all materials to create succulent soles and a terrarium designed by you!

Spring Container Garden

Container gardens can be pretty and purposeful! You don’t need a lot of space or do any heavy digging for a Spring planter. Learn first hand what plants are right for your container…and get ready to get your hands dirty too.  Join us for our 2nd Annual Spring Container Garden Workshop!

$29 fee per person includes custom 16in container garden designed by you!

Perennial Pot Luck

Spring is a wonderful time to divide and transplant some perennials, such as Astilbe, Bee Balm, Black-Eyed-Susans, Coneflower, Heuchera the list goes on.  Join us for another Good Earth Perennial Pot Luck….Bring in perennial divisions from your garden and swap with other workshop attendees! Yes….FREE PLANTS!  We will provide empty growers pots for transporting. We will also be demonstrating how to properly divide and transplant your perennials. We will show you how to make the most of your perennial investments.

$10 fee per person includes transplant trowel, Bio Starter root stimulator, empty grow pots for your transplants.

Edible Gardening

Let’s grow what we eat.  Learn the ins and outs of Fruit bearing Trees and Shrubs, Herbs and Salad Fixin’s.  Ever wondered what flowers are edible?  Or what fruits need pollinators?  Learn hands on how to plant a strawberry pot to add to your own Edible Garden!

$19 fee per person includes all materials to create your strawberry pot!
